To return your item(s) for an exchange or refund, please send an email with subject SIXTHMAN SUPPLY to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 877-749-8462 with your order number, a brief description of why you would like to return the item(s) and the best way to contact you.
Our staff will follow up with you promptly with details on how to get your return back to us safely so we can properly get you taken care of.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card.
We can only accept merchandise in its unworn, original salable condition with all the tags in place, and in it's original packaging. Items not meeting this criteria will not replaced or issued a refund.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded, except under special conditions.
Sixthman Supply is not responsible for lost shipments so we suggest that you select a method of shipment that requires a signature upon delivery and provides insurance.
